The first iteration of One Up Solutions Northwest was founded by Dave Chapman in San Diego, and later sold in 1996, after which Chapman relocated to Portland in 2002 to begin again in a new and exciting market. Five years later, Tim McClain joined the operation and soon made partner in 2012. Despite the unsure circumstances of One Up Solutions Northwest’s origin, both Chapman and McClain are proud to have built and maintained such a prosperous company that has survived many challenges along the way.
